Freelancing Fall Goals

Planning Your Fall Goals for Your Brand

Today I’m participating in the B Bar’s, September Link-Up on Fall Goals! If you follow my #SmarterSaturday newsletter or read my monthly business reports, you know about my larger business goals. Today I thought I’d share with you what is on my agenda/to-do list for this fall! I’ve got a few exciting things planned!

Blog Newsletter Guide

The Blog Newsletter Guide is coming out the first week of October (I had to push it back a week). The guide will show you how to do everything from starting to setting up your email list. It includes tutorials on how to create different opt-in forms within your site and a step-by-step guide on creating automated emails for your brand! It’s chock full of resources. When I wrote it, my goal was to include everything a person might need to setup their email system the same way I do for my clients and myself.

WordPress Simplified

After I launch the Blog Newsletter Guide, I plan to release WordPress Simplified. I’ve received several requests from people on how they can become a better WordPress user for their blog or website, and this e-book goes over everything you need to get the most out of your WordPress site!

Releasing New Projects

Over the course of the summer, I’ve been working on quite a few big projects that I’m so excited to share. Creating the branding identity and websites for these clients have been a lot of fun to work on, and I’m so excited to share these public identities!

Blog Shop

Last week, I shared with you the updates I’ve made to the Premade Blog Shop! I’m very excited about all of the themes, and the potential they have to help bloggers and creative entrepreneurs showcase their brands! I want to show how the premade blog themes can easily be used as websites for creative entrepreneurs, and I’m very excited to share the demo project with you! Remember, everything in the blog shop is 15% until September 30th – use code BACK2FALL at Checkout!

For the #SmarterSaturday newsletter this week, I’m sharing what my biggest struggle is in accomplishing my goals. It’s something that I didn’t expect to struggle with when I started freelancing, and it has been a chronic issue for me since I’ve started!

I’m so excited to check out what these other bloggers have for their Fall goals! Check it out here:

Thanks for commenting, Kelly! A lot of people express the same sentiments as you do. You definitely should start one when you have a clear idea of what you want to do, but you can always setup your RSS feed through mailchimp in the beginning.
